Samy Sharif moved to Los Angeles in mid 2023 to launch a solo effort after having spent the prior decade in Chicago-based Alternative quartet, Bonelang.
In the past 18 months he’s released three albums (House of Failure, House of Fix, and House of Bliss) that were then put together and re-released as one large body of work entitled Three Houses.
Samy is a first generation Egyptian/Irish artist; New York born and Chicago raised. He is a published poet, songwriter, and an aspiring writer/director.
