Bowling for Soup is an American rock band originally formed in Wichita Falls, Texas, in 1994. The band consists of Jaret Reddick (lead vocals, guitar), Chris Burney (guitar, backing vocals), Erik Chandler (bass, backing vocals, acoustic guitar), and Gary Wiseman (drums, percussion, backing vocals). The band is best known for its singles "Girl All the Bad Guys Want", "1985", "Almost", and "High School Never Ends". Bowling for Soup has its origins in Wichita Falls, Texas, where Jaret Reddick (born Jaret Ray Reddick on March 6, 1972) and other members of the band grew up.
Less Than Jake is an American ska punk band from Gainesville, Florida, formed in 1992. The band consists of Chris DeMakes (vocals, guitar), Roger Lima (vocals, bass), Vinnie Fiorello (drums, lyrics), Buddy Schaub (trombone) and Peter "JR" Wasilewski (saxophone). The group released its debut album, Pezcore, in 1995, following a series of independent seven-inch single releases. The band's subsequent two studio albums, Losing Streak (1996) and Hello Rockview (1998), were released on major label, Capitol Records, leading to increased exposure. The band's fifth studio album Anthem (2003) was the group's most commercially successful to date, featuring the singles, "She's Gonna Break Soon" and "The Science of Selling Yourself Short".
Doll Skin is an all-female rock band from Phoenix, Arizona. The band is made up Meghan Herring (drums/vocals), Sydney Dolezal (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Nicole Rich (bass), and Alex Snowden (lead guitar). Their sound is a blend of punk, metal, alternative & pop. Doll Skin has been compared to bands ranging from The Donnas to The Go-Go's and to The Runaways. In 2013, the members began their collaborative work. The initial goal of the project was to compete in a local battle of the bands called Rock Revolution, at Desert Mountain High School in Scottsdale, AZ.
