Tickets

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets are available online at catalystclub.com, eventbrite.com, and directly through the Catalyst Facebook page. These tickets will be Print-at-Home or Will Call pick up. Tickets are also available to purchase directly from the club during business hours. A limited number of tickets are sometimes available at the door, but advance purchase is recommended as shows frequently sell out.

HOW CAN I PICK UP MY WILL CALL TICKETS?

Tickets set to Will Call can be picked up at the Catalyst box office. A valid photo ID is required. Only the original purchaser can pick up the tickets. If you are not able to attend the event, or purchasing tickets for someone else, you will need to provide a photocopy of your ID with a written release of the tickets. The release must be signed by the original purchaser of the tickets and include the name of the person picking up the tickets. All rules for Will Call pickup apply to the person to whom the tickets were transferred.

CAN I GET TICKETS TO SOLD OUT SHOWS?

Yes, our OFFICIAL TICKET EXCHANGE powered by Lyte allows our fans request tickets after a show sells out without getting overcharged or risk getting fake tickets. See how the exchange works.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE SHOW?

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)

CAN I KEEP MY TICKET STUB?

Yes, you may request a ticket stub on your way out after the show has ended.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A TICKET I PURCHASED?

We are sorry but unless a show is cancelled, we do not issue refunds, returns or exchanges on purchased tickets.

CAN I TRANSFER MY WILL CALL TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

For most shows you may transfer tickets to a second party, however some shows are noted as NO TRANSFERS (of tickets). If you are not able to attend the event, or purchasing tickets for someone else, you will need to provide a photocopy of your ID with a written release of the tickets. The release must be signed by the original purchaser of the tickets and include the name of the person picking up the tickets. All rules for Will Call pickup apply to the person to whom the tickets were transferred. Shows

When should I arrive for the show?

Door times are noted on your ticket as well as on the club calendar. Guests may enter the venue as soon as we open doors. The show begins generally one hour after door times. The set times for all shows vary and the times that specific bands take the stage cannot be guaranteed.

Can I leave and come back in?

Re-entry is only available for guests who are 21.

When will the show end?

The ending times for all shows vary greatly. You may ask a staff member for an estimation of the ending time on the night of the show.

Seating

Is there seating available?

Unless specifically noted, all shows are general admission with limited seating. If you need special accommodations, please contact info@catalystclub.com.

Photo / Audio / Video

Can I bring a camera?

For most shows small personal cameras are fine, but please refrain from using flash photography during the performance. Sometimes the artist will request that we not allow photography! In these cases, we will ask you to return your camera to your vehicle or check it safely into coat check for a $2 fee. You can pick up your device after the show.

May I bring professional-grade photography/video/audio recording equipment?

No. Professional-grade photography/video/audio equipment will not be allowed unless authorized by tour/artist management and credentialed/approved through the venue.

Coat Check

Is there a coat check available to store my belongings?

Yes, we have a coat check available to store your personal items during the show. There is a $2 per item fee and there are no “ins and outs” for your checked items. At the coat check you will also find snacks, earplugs, and club merchandise available for purchase.

Food / Drink

Do you serve alcohol at shows?

Yes, we have a full bar available for guests who are 21+. During shows that welcome underage guests, we ask our bar customers to consume their drinks in the areas designated 21+. Cocktail service is available, as well as a walk-up bar in 21+ areas. We also have a full bar and lounge upstairs.

Do you serve food?

The Catalyst Kitchen is open from afternoon until closing and serves up delicious pizza-by-the-slice, as well as other options.

Age Restrictions

What are your age restrictions for shows?

Age restrictions for concerts vary by show and are listed on the calendar for specific shows. However, the Catalyst bar service is strictly for guests who are 21+ with valid photo ID (such as drivers license, military ID, passport or state identification card).

Merchandise

Where can I purchase merchandise?

Catalyst merchandise is available for purchase at the club coat check, in the main room.. If available, band merchandise can be purchased at the show.
